Smashin’ Burger Mix
A dry plant-based burger mix from Another Way. It lives in the cupboard — no fridge or freezer until you make it. Add cold water, rest about 5 minutes, mix again, shape and fry.
One 175g pack hydrates to about 500g of finished mix: roughly 6–8 smash patties or 4–5 traditional patties. Around 34g protein per 100g once hydrated.
Allergen:
Soya. May contain wheat. No ingredients contain gluten, but this batch was not tested gluten-free. Made in a SALSA-compliant blending facility.
Ingredients
Textured soya protein, vegetable suet (non-hydrogenated vegetable fat 85% — contains RSPO-certified palm, rice flour 15%), isolated soya protein, emulsifier: methylcellulose, thickener: carrageenan, yeast extract, tapioca starch, salt, beetroot powder, powdered shiitake mushroom, acidity regulator: lactic acid, black pepper, onion powder, sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, tomato powder.

Dry mix per 100g: 1843 kJ / 441 kcal, fat 19g (saturates 9.1g), carbohydrate 26g (sugars 1.1g), protein 34g, salt 1.4g.
Per 175g pouch: 3225 kJ / 771 kcal, fat 34g, protein 59g, salt 2.4g.
