MONIN Muscovado Syrup captures the deep, rich earthy notes of unrefined Muscovado Sugar from Mauritius.
Muscovado is made from the juice of sugar cane. MONIN Muscovado Syrup is perfect for adding a sophisticated rich earthy note to coffees, hot chocolates, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.
Ingredients
Muscovado sugar, water, acid: phosphoric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
Directions
Use 15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
