Ideal for soups, salads and stir-fries
Udon noodles are a thick, wheat-based noodle commonly used in Japanese cuisine. They are known for their chewy and soft texture, making them a popular choice for a variety of dishes.
Preparation
Remove noodles from all packaging and add noodles to boiling water for 1-2 mins and then drain and serve immediately.
1. Heat oil in a wok, add protein and vegetables and stir-fry until cooked.
2. Add the noodles and stir-fry sauce.
3. Cook until all ingredients are cooked and combined.
4. Serve and enjoy.
