Bangin’ Sausage Mix
A dry plant-based Sausage mix from Another Way. It lives in the cupboard — no fridge or freezer until you make it. Add cold water, rest about 5 minutes, mix again, shape and fry.*
One 175g pack hydrates to about 500g of finished mix: shape into sausages or meatballs and fry. Around 34g protein per 100g hydrated. Fridge up to 3 days once made, or freeze.
Allergen:
Soya. May contain wheat. No ingredients contain gluten, but this batch was not tested gluten-free. Made in a SALSA-compliant blending facility.
Ingredients
Textured soya protein, vegetable suet (non-hydrogenated vegetable fat 85% — contains RSPO-certified palm, rice flour 15%), isolated soya protein, pea flake, emulsifier: methylcellulose, thickener: carrageenan, yeast extract, sage, salt, nutmeg, parsley, black pepper, beetroot powder, thyme, onion powder.
May contain wheat.

Dry mix per 100g: 1837 kJ / 439 kcal, fat 19g (saturates 9.0g), carbohydrate 24g (sugars 0.7g), protein 36g, salt 1.4g.
Per 175g pouch: 3214 kJ / 769 kcal, fat 34g, protein 64g, salt 2.5g.
Both: store cool and dry. Once hydrated, fridge up to 3 days or freeze.
