Plain chocolate contains: 58% cocoa solids minimum. Milk chocolate contains: 32% cocoa solids minimum, 20% milk solids minimum. White chocolate contains: 26% cocoa solids minimum, 20% milk solids minimum. 70% dark chocolate contains: 70% cocoa solids minimum. This product may contain traces of cereals containing gluten.
