This nutritionally balanced supplement has been expertly formulated to deliver effective daily doses of zinc, magnesium & vitamin B6, in their most absorbable forms, for optimal uptake and in divided doses for all-day nutrient coverage.
*Chelated zinc picolinate is especially absorbable and is taken up by the body more efficiently than other forms of zinc. Fully reacted, non-buffered magnesium citrate is entirely free of magnesium oxide and gentle on the stomach. Active vitamin B6, as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, offers cofactor activity.

Adults & children aged 16+: 4 tablets daily.

Best taken with food. May split dose between morning and evening. Do not exceed the daily dose.
