Mild, slightly sweet curry sauce with apple, fried onion, tomato and a medium spice blend — coriander, turmeric, mustard, chilli, fenugreek, cumin, fennel and star anise.
Pour it over chips, pie and chips, or fish. Warm it through as a quick cooking sauce, use it for a cheat’s katsu, or brush it on as a marinade.
