Monin Blackcurrant Purée (Le Fruit de Monin) delivers the true taste and texture of ripe blackcurrants in a convenient, ready-to-use fruit mix.
With 50.1% blackcurrant content, it offers an intense cassis character, bold juicy berry flavour, fresh acidity and a striking deep purple-violet colour.
Perfect for eye-catching cocktails (such as Kir or Kir Royale), mocktails, spritzes, lemonades, sodas, smoothies, iced teas and desserts.
This 2-in-1 hybrid of real fruit purée and sugar syrup is vegan, vegetarian and allergen-free. Use 15–30ml per serve (dilute around 1:6).
Store in a cool, dry place; once opened, use within 4 weeks. 1L PET plastic bottle.
