Finest Call Banana Purée 1L is a premium, ready-to-use fruit purée made with real Cavendish bananas.
It delivers a rich, sweet, creamy banana flavour and smooth texture that tastes like freshly peeled ripe banana, without the browning or oxidation of fresh fruit.
Perfect for banana daiquiris, frozen cocktails, tropical drinks, smoothies, milkshakes and desserts. The thick consistency and bright colour make it ideal for professional bar use.
Vegan, gluten-free, Kosher and Halal. 1L plastic bottle with easy-pour top. Shake before use; refrigerate after opening.
Ingredients
Water, banana puree (approx. 30%), sugar, acid: sodium hydrogen sulphate, thickener: xanthan gum, natural banana flavouring, preservative: sodium benzoate, antioxidant: sodium metabisulphite, colouring food (concentrate of safflower, lemon). Contains sulphites.
