Enjoyed every other night, Bootea night tea is a cleansing blend that contains peppermint leaf, psyllium seeds, fenugreek seeds, liquorice root, burdock root, hawthorn leaf and desiccated coconut.

This sweetly soothing combination should be drunk right before you sleep, allowing it to gently cleanse your system while you rest.

Neither tea contains senna, an occasionally harmful herb that you will often find in teas that promise a detoxing effect.

Eating for weight loss

Drinking Bootea Teatox is the first step towards weight loss glory.

Drink every other night before bed (starting day 1) for the duration of the teatox. In a cup, place one tea bag, fill with near boiling water then leave to infuse for 3 minutes before drinking.
