Preparation and Usage
It's Taco time in Just Three Steps
Prep: Cover your meat with our carne asada rub until fully coated.
Sizzle: Add a glug of oil to the pan and cook the meat on high for about 3-5 mins until cooked through.
Load: Serve & enjoy on our cali street tacos and top with our don asada salsa & pico de gallo for the ultimate taco.
How to Make the Pico de Gallo
In small serving bowl mix the chopped onion, jalapeños, a squeeze of lime and a pinch of salt. Set them aside to marinate, while you chop the tomatoes and coriander. Add chopped tomatoes and coriander to the bowl and stir to combine. For the best flavour, let the salsa rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Just Add
350g Beef strips, or protein of choice.
Pico de Gallo (optional)
4 Large tomatoes, chopped.
1/2 Lime, squeezed.
1 or 2 Chillies or Jalapeños, thinly sliced.
1/2 White onion, finely chopped.
Handful Coriander, chopped.
Chef's Tip: Leave the marinade on for a while before cooking to let those flavours develop.
