Monin Morello Cherry Syrup offers a more sour and complex flavour than regular cherry syrup, capturing the distinctive character of Morello cherries—softer, less sweet, and with a tangy intensity named from the Italian word for “sour.”
This premium French syrup delivers sweet and sour cherry aromas, a rich ripe juicy taste with a subtle sour cherry finish, and a deep dark red colour that adds drama to every drink.
Ideal for cocktails, mocktails, hot chocolates, lemonades, iced teas, frappes, smoothies, sodas, fruit punches, and even baking or desserts.
Made with concentrated Morello cherry juice and natural flavouring, it is vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, Halal, and Kosher. Use 15–30ml per serve (around 35 servings per bottle).
Store in a cool, dry place away from light; once opened, use within 90 days. Note: due to its natural acidity, do not mix directly with milk.
