Le Fruit de MONIN Tangerine highlights the bitter sweet flesh and oils from tangerine while being akin to marmalade.
The name Tangerine comes from the first fruits originating from Tangier, Morocco. Tangerines are commonly smaller than oranges. However, their flavour is sweeter and more intense. Le Fruit de MONIN Tangerine is perfect for adding a delicious citrusy flavour into lemonades, iced teas, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.
Ingredients
Sugar, water, tangerine juice, tangerine pulp, concentrated tangerine juice, acids: citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavouring, thickener: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, colouring foods: carrot and pumpkin extracts.Contains the equivalent of 50% of tangerine.
Directions
Use 15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
