Monin Sweet & Sour is a ready-to-use concentrate that delivers the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity for professional-quality cocktails and drinks.
Made with pure sugar, Sicilian lemons and a touch of lime juice, it combines zesty lemon and lime notes with just the right sweetness.
Ideal for Margaritas, Daiquiris, classic sours, mocktails, lemonades, sodas and iced teas. When shaken it adds a subtle foamy texture and helps bind ingredients.
Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, Halal and Kosher. Use 15–30ml per serve (around 50 servings per 1L bottle).
Store in a cool, dry place; once opened, refrigerate and use within 90 days. 1L PET plastic bottle.
Ingredients
Water, sugar, acid: citric acid, concentrated lime and lemon juice, natural lemon-lime flavouring with other natural flavourings, emulsifiers: xanthan gum, acacia gum, E445, preservative: E202. Lime juice: 7%.
