The bar starts with a base of smooth, rich Fairtrade Belgian milk couverture chocolate (at least 32% cocoa solids) that provides a creamy, sweet backdrop. Sprinkled generously atop the chocolate are an abundance of "disclusions" (inclusions), including sugar-infused Fuji apple pieces, buttery Italian biscuits, plump Thompson raisins, and a dusting of aromatic Kassia cinnamon.

The flavour profile is designed to offer a balance between creamy sweetness and a fresh, tangy apple contrast. The buttery biscuit pieces provide a satisfying crunch and a cake-like foundation that carries the apple and raisin notes, creating the authentic experience of an apple crumble or pie within a chocolate bar format. This fusion of pastry chef and chocolatier worlds results in a modern, indulgent treat that is both familiar and innovative.

Ingredients
72.5% milk chocolate (composed of sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, and natural vanilla flavouring) and 15% apple-cinnamon pieces (made of apple, cane sugar, citric acid, cinnamon, and the preservative sodium metabisulphite). These are mixed with 6.5% biscuit (wheat flour, sugar, butter, and salt), 5.5% raisins (raisins and sunflower oil), and an additional 0.5% cinnamon. The milk chocolate base contains at least 32% cocoa solids.
