MONIN frappe powder is specially designed to complement the entire MONIN flavouring syrup range to create a perfectly balanced drink.
Made with carefully selected ingredients to match premium quality standards. Ready to use and perfect for the blender. Suitable for granita, slush and soft serve machines. Unlimited indulgent applications in seconds!
To create the perfect frappe simply fill a cup with ice cubes and pour in 6oz (150ml) of cold milk (or fill half the cup). Move the contents to a blender with one or two full scoops of Monin frappe mix, blend until smooth and serve.
Serving
Use 150ml of milk, 12oz of ice and 1-2 full scoops of MONIN frappe powder.
Ingredients
Sugar, fructose, instant coffee 9%, skimmed MILK powder, starch from maize, lactose, MILK proteins, skimmed cocoa powder, caramel, citrus and guar fibres, natural flavourings.
Produced in a plant where MILK and MILK derivatives, EGGS, SOY, NUTS and GLUTEN are used.
