MONIN frappe powder is specially designed to complement the entire MONIN flavouring syrup range to create a perfectly balanced drink.
Made with carefully selected ingredients to match premium quality standards. Ready to use and perfect for the blender. Suitable for granita, slush and soft serve machines. Unlimited indulgent applications in seconds!
Creating the perfect frappe is simple; fill a cup with ice cubes and pour in 6oz (150ml) of cold milk (or fill half the cup). Transfer the contents of the cup to a blender with one or two full scoops of Monin frappe mix, then blend until smooth and serve.
Serving
Use 150ml of milk, 12oz of ice and 1-2 full scoops of MONIN frappe powder.

Sugar, fructose, whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, stabilizers: guar gum, xanthan gum, starch from maize, MILK proteins, natural flavour, cream powder, citrus fibre, vanilla extract. Produced in a plant where MILK and MILK derivatives, EGGS, SOY, NUTS and GLUTEN are used.
